Operational considerations:

1. The drivers must pass a professional safety training, approved by the relevant 

departments of the inspection, get a certificate, then operate separately. 

Undocumented workers are strictly prohibited to use the equipment.

2. Before working, each operating device is to be checked: whether the rope is 

in line with safety rules, or braking and hydraulic devices is reliable. It is strictly 

prohibited to run in case of fault machine elements.

3. Lifting boom elevation shall not be less than 30 °, the crane in load cases should try 

to avoid ups and downs job. It is strictly prohibited to transform  joystick before landing safely.

4. Drivers must be in close coordination with the rigger, obey the command signal of the 

rigger. Before operation, there must be a honk. When commanding gesture is not clear 

or error is found, the driver have the right to refuse to perform. The driver must stop 

the work immediately when there is emergency stop signal from someone, can continue 

to work to eliminate unsafe factors.

5. Must obey all traffic rules and regulations, drunk driving is forbidden. When driving, 

no smoking, eating and chatting.

6. When lifting a heavy piece, the distance between the weight lifting and the ground 

is about 10 centimeters. And check whether the the crane is stable and brake flexible 

and effective, then continue to work confirming everything is normal.
